Ogura Cleared to Race in Austria
Ai Ogura has been cleared to make his MotoGP comeback at the Austrian Grand Prix, with the Trackhouse Aprilia rider ready to return to competition at the Red Bull Ring.
Ogura had been sidelined while recovering from injury, forcing him to miss recent track action as he focused on returning to full fitness.
Following further medical checks, the Japanese rider has now received clearance to compete in Austria.

Trackhouse Gets Its Rider Back
Ogura's return is an important boost for Trackhouse Racing, which can once again field its regular rider line-up.
The Japanese rider has continued developing aboard Aprilia machinery in 2026, making every available race weekend valuable as Trackhouse works to close the gap to the front.
Austria will now provide Ogura with an opportunity to rebuild momentum after his enforced absence.
Red Bull Ring Presents a Tough Comeback
The Red Bull Ring will not offer Ogura an easy return.
Its heavy braking zones, rapid acceleration and demanding stop-start layout will immediately test his physical condition and confidence on the bike.
The priority will be getting through practice comfortably before pushing harder as the weekend develops.
Ogura Ready to Resume 2026 Campaign
For Winbox Racing, Ogura's return adds another storyline to an already important Austrian MotoGP weekend.
